Every time we give way to angry feelings it only worsens the unhappy and unfortunate situation we find ourselves in. And it certainly doesn´t help or solve the undesirable circumstances.
Of course it is quite natural to be aware of those bitter feelings one is experiencing, but it is also necessary to bring them swiftly under control to then release them. Always remember that angry feelings stem from the human ego and never from the Soul level within us.
Harbouring bitterness and anger is very detrimental to ones health and
well-being. It can and usually does fester into an illness or dis-ease.
Every illness starts first in another of our lower bodies, known also
as the Aura. These bodies are the Mental, the Emotional and the Etheric
bodies. And it is here the trouble really begins before finally an
illness manifests into the physical body.
